Privacy-enhanced mode limits certain personalization uses but does not make that connection anonymous. Our public external links include information identifying Southpaw Furry Weekend and the public page, section, and link you followed. This helps the destination recognize referrals from our website. We do not add your personal details, saved visual settings, or the extra information in the address you used to arrive here. The destination’s privacy practices determine how it uses referral information.
Your browser may also tell the destination our website address, subject to its privacy settings. Private links, downloads, and links that open other apps are left unchanged. If you enable wormholes, an outgoing link may show the transition before opening its destination. The transition uses a temporary image of the visible page on your device; we do not upload or save it.

When you first visit, we check your device’s graphics performance or basic capabilities to suggest a comfortable wormhole setting. You choose whether to use the effect. Your device’s reduced-motion or high-contrast setting takes precedence.
We remember the suggestion on your device, along with the check time and a broad screen-size description. A positive result lasts up to six hours; other results last up to one hour. A change in screen size may prompt another check. We do not send the result or performance measurements to a server. Clearing this website’s stored data removes it.

You do not need an account to browse this website. Registration, payments, and applications continue on Furries PH. We do not collect attendee registration answers through these pages.
Loading any website sends requests needed to deliver its pages and images. Our hosting and network providers receive information such as your network address and browser request details. Their own policies govern their logs and how long they keep them. Our website analytics are described below. Embedded media services have their own practices as described above.
Understanding our website
How we improve your visit.
Website analytics is a required part of our main Southpaw website. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Their scripts start automatically when you visit, without an on-site opt-in prompt. Google Analytics helps us understand visits, navigation, controls, scrolling, downloads, form interactions, and supported video playback; Clarity provides interaction insights, heatmaps, and session replays. Staging previews and local development do not load these tags. We do not enable Google advertising personalization or Google Signals.
These services receive browser, device, network, and page-activity information and may use analytics cookies. Clarity may record interactions with our pages and masks sensitive content by default. Our custom Google events omit query strings and URL fragments. Enhanced measurement can also collect public link destinations, form attributes, download names, and video information; email and configured sensitive query parameters are redacted before transmission. We skip Clarity on visits with query data and stop replay before a query-bearing page transition. We do not send registration answers or payment details to either service.
Our Google Analytics and Clarity integration respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also manage cookies or block tracking through your browser’s privacy controls. A smoother visit
Page views and loading performance.
Cloudflare Web Analytics also runs automatically on our live website to measure page views and how quickly our pages load. Its beacon sends browser performance measurements to Cloudflare without using cookies or browser storage for analytics. It does not record session replays.
Our hosting provider manages this beacon separately from our Google Analytics and Clarity integration. Staging on pages.dev does not receive our live domain’s beacon. Read Cloudflare’s Web Analytics privacy information for its collection and processing practices.
On your device
Remembering your preferences.
Use Visual settings to choose page animations and wormhole transitions separately before the effects begin. We remember those choices in your browser for future visits and across Southpaw Furry Weekend pages. They stay on your device and are not sent to a server.
Open Visual settings in the header to change your choices. You can remove them by clearing this website’s stored data in your browser. Reduced-motion and high-contrast settings turn the effects off while active. If your browser cannot save preferences, your choices still work on the current page.
The mascot gallery, community scene, and edition highlights remember your selected view for the current browser-tab session. They save only which view you chose, not event details or registration information. If your browser cannot save the selection, the controls still work.
The travel checklist remembers which items you marked on your device. Use “Clear marks” to reset it, or clear this website’s stored data in your browser. We do not receive your checklist marks. If your browser cannot save them, the checklist works for the current visit.
Your small sky
A keepsake made on your device.
Your community-page constellation stays in the current page. We do not send your star positions to a server or save them in browser storage. Your browser may restore the arrangement when you go Back or Forward; reloading starts a new one. Choose “Clear sky” to remove the stars.
“Make your keepsake” creates an image on your device using your stars, our logo, and our font. Choose “Download PNG” to save it. The image contains no account details, name, contact information, or registration details. It is a personal keepsake and cannot be used for admission.
Planning your weekend
Currency estimates.
We use the approximate country supplied by our hosting provider to suggest a currency for our PHP prices. We do not request your precise location. If country information is unavailable, your browser’s region setting may help us suggest a currency. You can always choose one yourself.
We remember a manual currency choice on your device. Choose Automatic to return to a suggested currency, or clear this website’s stored data to remove the choice. We request exchange rates from Wise through our server; we do not forward your network address, registration details, or payment information to Wise for these estimates.
Our prices and checkout remain in PHP. Estimates are not locked rates; exchange rates and bank or card fees may change. Furries PH shows your final PHP total before payment.

We request public event updates from Furries PH to show current registration options, prices, dates, and venue details. These requests do not include your Furries PH sign-in or registration answers.
We share event details once they’re announced. If we cannot confirm an update, we’ll tell you it’s unavailable until we can check it again.
Meet our team
Staff profiles and portraits.
Our team page requests the staff profiles we have approved for public display. Portraits may load from a separate image-hosting service. That service receives the browser and network information needed to deliver the image; we do not send it the address of the Southpaw Furry Weekend page you are viewing.

Your registration information.
As explained in our Conditions of Entry, information collected during registration may be used to provide event services, updates, and communications. It may be disclosed when required by law or needed to deliver services. You may opt out of direct marketing communications by notifying us in writing.

Separate services, separate privacy choices.
Furries PH, social networks, maps, and artwork source pages have their own terms and privacy practices. Opening a link connects you to that service. Review its guidance before signing in, submitting information, or making a payment.
Finding your way
Map and location choices.
The transport explorer calculates route suggestions on your device. You can choose places on the map or enter coordinates without granting location permission. “Use my location” asks your browser for permission; the selected location is used in the current page and is not saved in browser storage or sent to our server for routing.
The geographic map loads tiles from OpenStreetMap. That service receives your network information and the map areas requested by your browser, which may correspond to the area you are viewing near a chosen location. We do not send your raw location coordinates to a separate geocoding or directions service. Read OpenStreetMap Foundation’s privacy policy. Reloading or clearing the journey removes the page’s selected start and destination.
