Before you apply
Shape your idea
- Give your session a working title and explain what attendees would do or learn.
- Describe your intended audience and outline the session, including time for participation and questions.
- List your presenters, materials, equipment, space, and access needs.
Prepare your proposal
- Check the panel form for application availability, eligibility, deadlines, and session limits.
- Introduce yourself and your experience with the topic. Include examples when requested.
- Tell us how you’d like to run your session and what you’ll need from us.
After you submit
- Keep your outline and check for our reply.
- After acceptance, confirm the time, room, format, equipment, and attendance arrangements.
- Wait for confirmation before announcing your session as part of the Southpaw Furry Weekend programme.
