Think of it like filling out an order form before the shop opens. You can fill it out for free, with no payment required. When registration opens, your details are already saved, giving you a head start at checkout. You can edit them later and choose your pass and extras when you finish registering. Complete a free prefill to receive ₱50 off your Southpaw registration when registration opens. All registration discounts have a limited number of redemptions and are subject to availability. A prefill does not grant admission, reserve a place, or guarantee availability.

Complete a free prefill to receive ₱50 off your Southpaw registration when registration opens. Barkada FurFest 2026 attendees: Joining us from Barkada FurFest 2026? Scan the QR code on the card you received there and register through that link on Furries PH for ₱150 off. We can only apply this discount when you use the card’s QR link. Bring your pack: register as a group on Furries PH for 5% off your Southpaw registration. All registration discounts have a limited number of redemptions and are subject to availability.

We’re not offering walk-in or on-site registration. Please register through Furries PH before joining us; you’ll find our available passes on the Registration page.

We show each pass’s registration window and availability alongside its inclusions. A free prefill lets you prepare your details before completing and paying for your registration.
Check registration datesCan I upgrade my pass?
You can choose a different tier when you finish your free prefill. We haven’t announced upgrades for completed registrations yet. Please ask us about your existing registration before paying again.

Look for early access in your pass inclusions. We’ll announce early-entry times and arrival arrangements when they’re ready.

Bring a valid government-issued photo ID or passport that matches your registration name to claim your registration and collect your badge on the day. We’ll announce the check-in location and times. Keep your badge visible at the gala, and tell us straight away if you lose it.

We welcome guests aged 16 and above to Southpaw Furry Weekend: Celestial Gala. If you’re 16 or 17, you must bring a completed consent form to attend. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID or passport that matches your registration name to claim your registration and collect your badge on the day.

You don’t need a gala outfit or a fursuit to attend. Comfortable everyday clothes are welcome; please follow our dress standards.

Explore volunteer rolesAre transactions refundable, and can I transfer my registration?
All transactions are final and non-refundable. Registration transfers may be requested through your Transactions tab on Furries PH Events and may be restricted within two months of the event. Personalized items cannot be changed for the new attendee.

Please talk to us about the support you need. For a complimentary carer pass, we require valid attendee documentation and proof of the carer’s role with a registered care organization. The pass is valid only while accompanying the attendee.

Some passes may list accommodation among their inclusions. Please check your chosen pass and confirm the stay arrangements with us before booking travel.

We manage activity access around room capacity, timing, safety requirements, and any separate sign-up. Your pass doesn’t guarantee a place in every session.
See venue informationHow do I stay safe and respect other attendees?
Ask before touching, hugging, or taking close-up photos, and respect each person’s answer. Keep your badge visible. We don’t allow harassment or unsafe behaviour; find our staff whenever you need help or want to report a concern.
